Donna Caldwell
Bio and Works Donna Caldwell is a writer of various subjects, including both fiction and non-fiction short strories and essays. An occult novel is also currently in progress. She is new to AAA. *** The following is a brief excerpt from Danny, the story of a possible serial killer. Danny was seven when his mother died. The memory of her disease etched his mind and would remain forever, revisiting him in every nightmare. Her dying eyes, searching for him from within deep circles of blackening decay. The emaciation of her cancer, the smell of it, sickened him in his dreams. Her body upon death, it's cold stiffness at his touch, had caused him to pull away in fear, as if her closeness to the grave were only a step beyond his own. *** Aside from writing, Ms. Caldwell enjoys reading various kinds of material, and is continuously adding to her private library of over three thousand books, which line the walls of her study to inspire her in her own work. She is also a lover of the violin, and has been a member of both orchestra and symphony. She lives with her husband in Arizona.
