How to Enter
Three copies of each entry (two copies for published books) must accompany one copy of this form with the Title of Submission and Name and Address lines filled out. A check or money order for the corresponding amount must be made payable to the Arizona Authors Association and accompany each entry. Critiques cost extra and only apply to contest entry. All entries not conforming to guidelines will be disqualified and no refund will be given for disqualified entries. All fees must be paid in US currency (use international checks in US funds if residing in foreign country). July 1 deadline.
No e-mail submission, please - Mail your entry and make checks payable to: Arizona Authors Association 6145 W. Echo Lane Glendale, Arizona - 85302 No credit card payment, or check on foreign banks will be accepted. Foreign entrants must use US currency or international checks in US dollars (obtainable from any major bank in any country)
